Wednesday Tai Chi regular Standing class, learn moves Based on Moy Lin Chin’s teachings of 108 moves. Under the umbrella of the Canadian Tai Chi Academy, by donation which goes to pay for the hall and Academy dues. For general health and relaxation (seated form) Tai Chi class is beneficial to everyone and is particularly suitable for students who have health and mobility issues. at Unity Center 2325 East Wellington Road, Nanaimo, BC, beginning January 10th.
